PRODUCT INFORMATION Our 7oz soy candles burn for approximately 50 hours and our 12oz soy candles burn for approximately 80 hours with proper candle care (see below). Our candles are made from pure soy wax, paper woven cotton wicks and non-toxic fragrance oils. Our wax melts are fragrant for 24-36 hours in total. They are also made of pure soy wax and non-toxic oils. Room sprays linger for approximately 2 hours. They are made with an oil base and non-toxic fragrance oils.
Candle care simplified: always trim your wick 1/8" to 1/4" long prior to lighting (easily achieved with the O'Soy Essential Wick Trimmer). If flame is unusually large, blow out your candle, trim and light again immediately. Burn in 4 hour intervals only. Burning a candle for too little time will cause "tunneling" and burning your candle for too long is dangerous. Never leave a candle lit all day or overnight as this can cause your jar to crack wide open due to high temperatures and cause a house fire.
Wax melt use: use anywhere between 1-3 cubes at once. Place in wax warmer and melt for desired amounts of time. Melts will be fragrant for 24-36 hours with the warmer light on. Discard once fragrance is gone and replace with new cubes. Our wax is biodegradable.
Room spray use: spray 1-2 times at least 12 inches away from desired linens or fabrics. Spraying onto linens and fabrics will allow the scent to linger for longer amounts of time versus spraying directly into the air. Use on clothing, pillows, curtains, in the car, restroom or wherever else you desire!

All of our ingredients (wax, oils, wicks & room sprays) are free of phthalates, prop 65 warnings, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, acute toxins, antimicrobials, animal derivatives, BBP, DEHP, DBP, DEP and all other harmful molecules commonly used in the fragrance industry.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. You will receive the exact item as a replacement. This is extremely rare, but if it does happen please reach out to hello.osoy@gmail.com within 14 days and we will be happy to help you out.
